Introduction
This
poem is featured in a work of mine entitled Alternative Obituarys.
I know it's sad when you lose a loved one.
But honestly when I go, I hope people remember me and laugh!
So I thought I would write some funnier stuff about the only event in
life we can really count on having!

Missing
You Already
We're sorry
that you went away
The whippets really miss you
We gaze upon your photograph
And tenderly we kiss you
All this affection may seem new
But the truth we now can tell
We would have done it sooner
But we couldn't stand the smell
