Introduction

A reduced love story.
When lovers really do see face to face!

Stumped?

There were two
Lonely torsos
Living on
Their own
Sitting
Helpless
On the floor
Looking at
The phone

Then one day
The Male Torso
Went to call
His mum
Picked the phone
Up in his teeth
And pushed the
Buttons with
His tongue

But
Though he meant
To dial a seven
He hit the six instead
And
The female torso's
Phone
It rang
And this is what
They said

"Hi Mum
it's me
How are you?
I hope you're
Feeling fine"
"Sorry
but I'm not
your Mum!
You've got
Someone else
Upon this line"

"Oh sorry
I am such
A fool
I must have
'Missed a beat'
But it's difficult
For me you see
As I have no
Hands or feet"

"Oh REALLY!"
Came the
Shrill reply
"I'm missing
Mine as well!"
Perhaps we
Could met up
One day
It could be
Pretty swell"

"Oh, yes please"
The male torso
Said
I'd meet you
Anytime
"OK"
She said
If that's the case
"Your FACE
Or mine?"
