Emissions
Burps
and farts, burps and farts ...
They send sky-high the Greenhouse charts.
While cows serenely chew the cud
And broadcast gases in a flood,
They fart and burp and fart and burp
While sheep too masticate and slurp.
How can we teach good manners to
These beasts who've never known a loo?
Perhaps the methane they exude
And which, some people might think rude,
Could be collected, kept on tap,
To till the fuel shortage gap?
If only cars were made to run
On fuel from the sphincter gun.
